Tired of entering shipments manually? The UPS Worldship Integration for Magento will automatically sync all your new Magento orders to WorldShip and make them available in WorldShip on demand.
It’s as easy as entering the Magento order number into WorldShip… and all your order data required to ship the order will be populated in WorldShip automatically.
This task can be started and disabled in Magento. All details of an order required to ship the order will be sent to WorldShip.
Tracking Number Import from UPS Worldship into Magento
Creating invoices, shipments and adding tracking numbers in Magento can be very time-consuming—especially if you’re processing more than a couple of orders each day.
In UPS Worldship Integration for Magento, the tracking number import will be completely automated. Our software is also able to send shipped orders from WorldShip to Magento, create the invoice, capture the payment, create the shipment for the order, add the tracking number, and notify each customer that their order has been invoice/shipped, and will set the order status to ‘Complete’ (or any other custom status).
UPS Worldship Version Compatability, Feature Compatability
This integration is compatible with all recent Windows versions of UPS Worldship. If you’re using an outdated version of WorldShip, please contact us before your purchase.
Please note that when purchasing the “Tracking Import from WorldShip into Magento” feature stand-alone (that is, without the shipment export connection—so this only applies if you DON’T purchase both parts of the integration) you will have to enter the Magento order number into the ‘Reference #1’ field in WorldShip.
Otherwise Magento won’t know which Magento order the WorldShip tracking number belongs.
