Crumbs Bake Shop Reopened, What’s New?
For now, this New York Location is the only store opening, but that will soon change. Crumbs Back Shop will soon open location in Washington D.C., Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston and other New York locations. Other stores in Connecticut, Deleware and New Jersey will flow soon after.
Their sizes still include the Colossal, Signature, Classic and Taste. The newest addition to the Colossal collection is the Cannoli Colossal. The vanilla cake and vanilla frosting are topped with two giant Cannoli. Check out the new flavor at crumbs.com.
Crumbs is also under new ownership. Marcus Lemonis and Fischer Enterprises bought the company in July 2014 to insure that Crumbs Bake Shop reopened. They worked hard for a few months to create a new business plan. However, the company is still using the same ingredients and daily baking operation.
Crumbs Bake Shop also plans to add new baked goods. Eventually they hope to partner with other bakery investors. They have already started a few partnerships, like with Dip-N-Dots. Dip-N-Dops is now served in the new store. By creating new partnerships, it will make them a larger bake shop and keep their doors open long term.
