It all starts face-to-face. You’ll sit down with us so we can get to know you and learn about your business, and how you envision Hara Partners helping that business grow. Then, we go deeper; we’ll examine the past to identify the strengths and weaknesses of your business, look to the present to maximize those things your company does well, and peer into the future so you’ll be primed and ready to excel when the next opportunity arises.

Needs Analysis

Interviewing you or using the Magento Health Check, our proprietary software and Magento audit, the Hara Partners team will inspect your website, burrowing into every nook and cranny to unearth any flaws that may be affecting your business’s growth – and its bottom line.

Competitive Analysis

We’ll consider the position your company occupies in its market and who your closest competitors are. Then, we’ll survey the field to determine your best future course of action.

Establish Goals and Timelines

We’ll put it all together to create realistic and achievable goals and identify objectives to guide us along the way. Since Hara Partners is committed to removing the guesswork from Netsuite and Magento development you’ll notice an emphasis on transparency throughout this process and you can expect goals to be clearly stated and objectives and timelines to be outlined, on paper, from the outset through the finish line.

Kickoff Meeting

The process starts with communication and everyone being on the same page. Tell us what you want for your company – and from your company. What expectations do you have for the business, and how do you envision achieving those aims? Once we’ve gotten a solid baseline we’ll move forward with the process with your Strategy.
